Villa Layout Ground Floor: Two Bedrooms, each with a King Size bed Upper Ground Floor: Three Bedrooms, all with King Size beds. Two of these bedrooms are interconnected with a single access door Room Allotment: Rooms will be assigned by ZenAway management based on number of guests and number of rooms booked Common Areas: Accessible to all guests, regardless of the number of rooms booked Kitchen Access: The kitchen is not accessible to guests and is reserved exclusively for in-house caretakers Guest Composition - We welcome Families, Couples, Mixed Groups and Ladies only Group but are unable to accommodate Gentlemen-Only Groups Security Deposit - A refundable Security Deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected from guests at the time of Check-In only in Cash. The Security Deposit shall be refunded in case no damage is observed at the time of guest departure Brief Description Each room of the Villa is equipped with hot and cold air-conditioning, oil filled electric heaters and wood-fired fireplaces. The mist-laden Himalayas and towering pine trees create a picturesque backdrop, merging seamlessly with the sprawling green lawns of the Villa. The stone pathway leads to various cozy corners, including a giant chess board set against the rolling hills. The outdoor space includes a beautifully landscaped garden, a spacious patio with comfortable seating, a putting green for golf enthusiasts and vibrant flowers all over offering a playful yet tranquil ambience to the Villa. Featuring cozy wooden interiors, spacious living area, beautifully furnished bedrooms with large windows framing breathtaking views of lush greenery and misty mountains, this Villa provides an idyllic escape, where nature and luxury seamlessly blends together Living & Dining Room: The living room exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere, combining classic rustic charm with natural elements. The space is adorned with floral-patterned couches accented by bright orange cushions, creating a vibrant yet cozy ambiance. The rich wooden furniture, including the cabinets and coffee table, adds an earthy tone, complemented by the polished hardwood floors that reflect the soft lighting from elegant table lamps. Framed landscapes hang gracefully on the walls, while the high ceiling with exposed wooden beams gives the room an airy feel. Large windows bathe the room in natural light, offering a serene view of the lush greenery outside. The dining space strikes a balance between functional comfort and timeless style, making it an ideal space for both casual family dinners and elegant gatherings Work from Home: Four bedrooms in this Villa are equipped with workstations for guests to work from i.e., if they can pull themselves away from gazing and marvelling at the magnificent views of Himalayas. A fifth workstation has been set up in a tower located behind the Villa. This workstation, surrounded by lush greenery, features a sleek, quiet and minimalist workspace. Large glass windows flood the workstation with natural light and offer a peaceful view of the surrounding lush greenery and landscape, bringing a sense of tranquillity to the work environment Lounge cum Library: A wooden staircase with decorative plates on the wall leads to the upper level where this cozy lounge is located. Lined with a bookshelf brimming with books, a smart TV and board games, the lounge features warm aesthetic and rustic charm. The seating area is adorned with a floral-patterned couch and comfy armchairs, complemented by framed vintage artwork on the walls, making it an ideal spot for reading, watching TV or playing games with family and friends Bedroom 1: This bedroom located on the ground floor adjoining the living room is adorned with warm, earthy tones, featuring wooden floors and ceilings that add a rustic charm. Large windows framed by floral curtains offer serene views of the lush outdoors, creating an inviting and peaceful atmosphere. The king-sized bed dressed in luxury white linen with decorative cushions, a cozy seating area with armchairs, a workstation and a fireplace add to this bedroom’s tranquil and welcoming vibe, perfect for relaxation and unwinding Bedroom 2: This bedroom located on the ground floor adjoining the dining area is a combination of wooden elements and soft lighting. The ceiling's wooden beams, complemented by the wood-panelled doors and floors, create an elegant charm. The crisp white linen of the king-sized bed is accented by warm orange pillows. The room is well-lit, with natural light streaming through a bay window, adorned with flowy curtains. The space also includes comfortable seating and a workstation, creating a sophisticated serene retreat Bedroom 3: This bedroom located on the upper level has a sloping wooden ceiling and cozy wooden accents. A king-sized bed with crisp white linen, high wooden ceiling, elegant floral curtains, a cozy workstation and plush armchairs create a luxurious, inviting and tranquil atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The terrace with wrought iron outdoor seating offers stunning mountain and valley views Bedroom 5: This cozy bedroom which shares a common access with Bedroom 4, is tucked under warm sloping wooden beams, radiating a rustic charm. Sunlight filters through the triangular window, casting soft shadows across the space, where a king-sized bed adorned with white linen and rich red accents add a touch of luxury. The intimate seating area invites moments of quiet reflection, while the wooden textures and minimalist decor create a peaceful, nature-inspired retreat Bathrooms: All bedrooms in this Villa have an elegant ensuite modern bathroom where delicate florals and leafy wall tiles and natural light create a tranquil atmosphere. Each bathroom is adorned with a spacious vanity mirror, a wicker basket with premium hand towels and jars with cotton balls and earbuds, a pot with natural plant, luxury bath towels and bathing essentials making each bathroom feel bright, open and inviting Other Things to Note: We change towels & linen every 4th day and appreciate your understanding. This helps us in staying environmentally sustainable Smoking indoors is not allowed; however, smoking is allowed in the balconies & all the open areas like terraces & poolside LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on the availability of the villa at that time. Guest Composition & Identity Proofs - We welcome Families, Couples, Mixed Groups and Ladies only Group but are unable to accommodate Gentlemen-Only Groups. Government approved Photo-cum-Address ID of all the guests including children must be shared with the ZenAway team through an online form prior to check-in date. Please note that only pre-registered guests are allowed to stay in this cottage Security Deposit - A refundable Security Deposit of INR 20,000/- will be collected from guests at the time of Check-In only in Cash. The Security Deposit shall be refunded in case no damage is observed at the time of guest departure Non-registered Guests & Visitors - Non-registered guests or visitors are allowed to visit during the daytime but are not allowed to stay or sleep overnight in this cottage Quiet Hours - This cottage is located in a quiet area. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down especially after 10 pm. Please note that no loud music is allowed to be played outdoors at any time of the day, evening or night. Non-adherence may lead to eviction of guests from this cottage without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever Check-Out & Check-In Time - Our scheduled Check-Out time is 11 am and Check-In time is 3 pm. Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. Please communicate with our Guest Experience Team to check if an early check-in and/or late check-out is possible and extra charges for the same WiFi - Just point your mobile camera at the wi-fi QR code on the cards placed across the cottage for an automatic log-in. For logging into wi-fi on your laptop, use network name and wi-fi code on card Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - We have an à la carte menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for our guests and price for each item is clearly highlighted in the menu. Guests are requested to place their order for lunch and/or dinner by selecting specific items and quantities the evening prior. This would provide the caretakers requisite time to make arrangement for fresh ingredients Stay & Food for Drivers & Maids - Guests would need to make their own stay and food arrangements for their drivers and maids since this cottage does not have any provision for them to stay and/or eat at the cottage Entertainment - This cottage is equipped with two smart TVs (one with a cable connection and both pre-loaded with streaming service apps), a great collection of books, a carrom board and some board games to keep everyone entertained should you ever get tired of soaking in the magnificent Himalayan views Putting Green - We have created a Putting Green at the rear of the cottage for complimentary use of our guests. If you wish to use the facility, please ask the caretakers to set it up for you Bonfire - Please request the staff to arrange a bonfire for you at the designated place at the rear of the cottage. Each bonfire for 1 hour is priced at INR 2,000 payable in cash to the caretaker before departure Workstations - We have placed workstations in 4 bedrooms and a workstation on the ground floor of the tower next to the Putting Green at the rear of the cottage which can be accessed by guests upon request Damage, Misplacement or Loss - Guests shall be solely liable to cover expenses related to any damage, misplacement or loss caused to this cottage and/or its belongings during their stay with us. Such expenses shall be deducted from the security deposit, if any, collected from the guests prior to check-in and the guests shall be responsible to make good the entire damage or loss before check-out Digital Lockers & Safety of Your Valuables - We have placed Digital Lockers in this cottage and request you to place all your valuables in these lockers during your entire stay with us Guests’ Belongings & Valuables - Guests are fully responsible for safe-keeping of all their belongings and valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft or misplacement of any of guests’ valuables Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside this cottage, but you may smoke in the balconies / outside sit-out area. While smoking, please use ashtrays placed in these areas and take all necessary precautions to prevent any fire. The penalty for smoking indoors is INR 10,000/- Drugs - Carrying or consumption of any banned drugs and substances is strictly prohibited in this cottage. Non-adherence will lead to immediate eviction of guests from this cottage without any compensation for their balance stay whatsoever CCTV Cameras - CCTV cameras have been installed on this cottage for the safety and security of our guests Pet Policy - This is not a pet friendly cottage and no pets are allowed here both indoors and outdoors Keys/Access Code - Please do not share the keys to this cottage with any individual not registered as a guest, under any circumstances. It is mandatory to return the keys to the caretaker/ housekeeper at the time of departure. Loss (or misplacement) of the keys will incur replacement cost of the door-lock Linen Refresh Cycle - We change bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, bath towels, and bathmats every fourth day, and hand towels daily as a part of our collective environmental responsibility Washing Machine - This cottage is equipped with a washing machine. A laundry basket is placed in each bedroom for you to place your soiled clothes in. Please ask the caretaker to run a wash cycle for you Iron & Iron Board - An iron and iron-board are available for your use. Please wait for the iron to cool down fully after use before placing it back at its designated place Kitchen & Cooking - The kitchen is accessible only to our caretakers and cooks. Our caretakers will clean all cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery that you may use during your stay with us. Please note that the kitchen is not accessible to the guests for their use Daily Housekeeping - This cottage will be cleaned every day by our caretakers. If you are stepping out during the day-time, please let the caretakers know whether they can clean the bedrooms in your absence Working Hours for Caretakers - Our caretakers are available to serve you between 8:00 am and 9:30 pm every day. They will take a two-hour afternoon break every day
