We welcome couples and singles but are unable to accommodate Gentlemen-only Groups. Check-In and Check-Out Time – Our scheduled Check-Out time is 11 am and Check-In time is 3 pm. Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability. We can accommodate an early check-in, if available, based on prior intimation but we do not allow late check-outs at all. This gives us time to thoroughly clean and sanitize this home for the next set of guests. Identity Proof of Each Registered Guest – The guests are required to submit their Know Your Customer (KYC) details and Government approved Photo-cum-Address ID through online forms which will be shared with them soon after their booking is confirmed. Maximum Number of Guests – This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 (two) adults. This is not a child-friendly home and we do not allow children to visit or stay at this home. Non-registered Guests & Visitors – Non-registered guests or visitors are strictly not allowed to visit this home or sleep overnight in this home. Kitchen & Cooking – Our fully functional kitchen is available for guests to cook anytime during their stay with us. Just get your own ingredients for cooking and make use of all the kitchen facilities, utensils, and appliances we have placed at your disposal. Please note that the guests would need to clean all the utensils, cutlery and crockery themselves. Resident caretaker & Daily Housekeeping – The resident caretaker stays in an outhouse at the Villa itself. He tends to the garden every day during early morning hours and cleans the house once a day during post lunch hours. The daily housekeeping by the caretaker does not include cleaning of utensils, cutlery or crockery. Also please note that the caretaker is not available for running any errands for guests. Privacy of Our Guests - The bedroom in this home has blackout curtains and the guests can enjoy complete privacy but the living room does not have any curtains or blinds since this allows our guests to soak in the greenery that surrounds them and feel at one with nature. Change of Bed and Bath Linen - The bed linen as well as the Bath Linen will be changed every 7 days. Parties/Get Together or Events - We do not allow any get togethers, events, parties or playing of loud music at this home at all. Quiet Hours - This home is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. Please note that no loud music is allowed to be played indoors or outdoors at any time of the day, evening or night. Moths & Bugs - Given the lush greenery around this home, small seasonal moths and bugs invariably make an appearance so if you are allergic to them or simply can’t stand them, this home is not meant for you. Damage, Misplacement or Loss - Guests shall be solely liable to cover expenses related to any damage, misplacement or loss caused to this home and/or its belongings during their stay with us. Such expenses shall be deducted from the security deposit, if any, collected from the guests prior to check-in and the guests shall be responsible to make good the entire damage or loss prior to check-out. Guests’ Belongings & Valuables - Please note that the guests are fully responsible for safe-keeping of all their belongings and valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft or misplacement of any of your valuables during your stay with us. Smoking Policy - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, but you may smoke in the patio / sit-out area. While smoking, please use an ashtray placed in the patio and take all necessary precautions to prevent any fire. The fine for smoking indoors is Rs.10,000/- Drugs - Carrying or consumption of any banned drugs is strictly prohibited in this home. CCTV Cameras - This home is equipped with CCTV cameras for the security and safety of our guests. Pet Policy - This is not a pet friendly home and no pets are allowed here both indoors and outdoors. Keys - Please do not share the keys to the home with any individual not registered as a guest, under any circumstances. It is mandatory to return the keys to the caretaker at the time of departure. Loss (or misplacement) of the keys will incur replacement cost of the door-lock. Power Back-up - This home has an inverter power backup (good only for a few fans, lights and wi-fi). WiFi - Wifi details will be shared with the guests after their booking is confirmed. Smart TV - This home is equipped with a Smart TV with pre-loaded streaming service apps. Washing Machine - A washing machine has been placed in this home along with liquid detergent for your use. A laundry bag is placed in the bathroom for you to place your soiled clothes in ahead of running a wash cycle in the washing machine. Iron & Iron Board - An iron and iron-board is available for your use. Please wait for the iron to cool down fully after use before placing it back at its designated place.
